Well, I do not give investment advice. However, I believe the company has 2011 earnings power of $0.80 EPS. Revenues are growing on the order of 30 - 40%. Therefore, applying a multiple of 30x - 40X to these earnings gives a current price of between $24 - $32 per share. Should the company announce additional deals over the short-term, this range would shift upward depending on the quality of the deal. So, at the mid-point intrinsic value is probably $28 today with the potential to move up with additional deals. I am holding my shares.
That's what makes a market. I'll take my chances. Stock may very well trade down some more although it has already taken a hit. I have been doing this for 30 years and trust me, going into the secondary and after, there will be good news...there always is. And those attending road show will hear things you and I don't.
I am a shareholder subject to the lock-up as I purchased shares in private financing rounds. My sense is there will be no rush to the exits. Those of us subject to lock-up have all seen MOTR trade significantly higher than current levels and there are only more contracts to be captured. Gartner predicts in three years, more people will access the internet through the mobile phone than through a PC. The majority of those phones will not be smart phones. Not hard to imagine a bright future for MOTR.
