Common stock shares - Do I get to keep them if I do not exercise the preferred?

Unclear about something; Do I get to keep my Common stock shares if I do not exercise my Rights for the preferred shares on or before the expiration date of the rights offering?

    • Motricity expects the Rights to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Select Market on or about September 14, 2012 under the symbol "MOTRR" until October 3, 2012, the expiration date of the Rights Offering, unless the Rights Offering is further extended. Any Rights that are not exercised on or before the expiration date of the rights offering will expire and have no value.

yes you get to keep your common stock however your MOTRR Will expire worthless in 2 weeks Oct 3rd unless MOTR is over 65 Cents a share

Look for MOTR to rebound after this date in the mean time use the pull back and dip to accumulate cheap shares

      Sentiment: Strong Buy
