The shares price in the S-3 follows a specific SEC based formula for
calculating the fee the SEC for the filing; it has not impact on the
number of shares used in the acquisition or the purchase price.
You have got to be kidding me. Didn't this close like a month ago? I thought the Vineyard stock was at high $17s??
Why is it that it seems like the public companies main objective is to make Executives as much money as possible? This HAD to be re-worked somehow to get these shares to Vineyard at $16.58 cause I swear it was already done at a higher price. Or at the least, planned out for a point when the stock was really low. This is just more dilution to PKT shareholders than was necessary. So yeah, this market reaction is definitely justified.

The short answer to my question: no, it is not. Just another head fake.
And back to the $16s
