In all your excitement about the miniscule "insider" buying have you also noticed that the two largest Investor Groups who both held at least 5% positions in the stock have been reducing them to a point where they no longer do so? Where do think offerings of 134K plus shares come from. I'd make a large wager that it could not do so from yout holdings.
Neither the infamous squirrel, the bear or any vociferous penny ante bull can change what the future holds for what seems to be a recovering penny speculation. This can only be accomplished by the current management and that will only known by the public after the fact, except for those on the inside.
