I sold today. With their break even needing $20MM of annual revenue and this quarter only generating $3MM, the mountain is kind of high. My guess is that they will end up making it at some point but they seem resigned to marketing their products to only small independent outlets. I believe their stock price ran up into the 20's because they were selling to both small independents and large chains. Take the large chains out and it loses a lot of steam. I also think there is a high likelihood they will have to dilute to fund the balance of the turn-around. I know the summer months are coming but I was hoping for a little more juice out of the quarterly report. Good luck!
They are still in chains - supermarkets. Even out here on the east coast, my local supermarket has Jones.
If you go on their website and go to the locator screen you can see where they sell. There's a fair number of grocery chains.
But, I think the approach being chosen is the right one. It was all explained and discussed on the call. The reasons were given, and everything was logical and made sense. It's time to sit back, and let JC execute. Go read her bio - she has the right background for this. She gained good experience in the years she was gone from JSDA. You can see the bio on the website, or you can look her up on LinkedIn.
