    East coast Jones spotting

I know they have shifted resources away from distribution in this area as per the CC etc.
However, while I dont frequent C-stores at all, we were in Fairhaven VT by chance and the wifey went into the Irving station for a snack and came out with green apple soda. I was a bit taken back and went in to ask when they started selling jones. Proprietor said about two months ago. She said they sell very well. Anyways, just thought i would share with the board. They had five flavors in 5 facings total on top shelf of cooler.

    • I moved to Zachary, LA last summer and was I surprised to find our local specialty meat shop selling Jones soda. They say it sells well. They have a small refrigerated display case. I love my Orange Cream.

    • We have a small section of single Jones bottles in our local Stop and Shop grocery store here in NJ. Probably 100 to 150 bottles if fully stocked - it's very rare that I see it fully stocked.

      • It's nice to see we are represented even on the East coast. JC said that in 14 a bigger push would be made in the East. The owner of the Irving station apparently owns several Irvings and a few Mobils-so I am going to take a better look at the stations in the greater Rutland area to see if there is more of a representation at the C-stores around here. Apparently Rutland was not in the grouping of the stores owned by this one particular owner who owns many gas stations but Rutland is easier to check out for me as I have to go there a couple times a week.
