Did you notice "Note 1. 1. This option is fully vested and exercisable one year after the date of grant."
Did you also notice they were cost free?
Nothing at risk here for any of the Directors is there?
Long term it could be a positive sign but since there was nothing risked it sort of takes on different flavor.

The only reference I can find in the SEC Filings is to some 29,284 options issued back in 2010 that expire in 2020 10,000 @0.83, 15,000 @ .80 and 4,284 at 0.81. Only one of those showed an exercise.
Now where did you get the supposed real information from?
