Mills Brown last purchased shares at 65 cents - at 45 cents are they not a bargain?
CEO and CFO not buying shares here either, while last year after the earnings report they did.
Implication is that the shares are certainly not undervalued at this time and management's confidence in turnaround efforts are waning. Actions, and obviously inactions, speak louder than words.
Well insiders are buying now! Buying 1.8 milliion shares in one fell swoop!
Not open market purchases, so as implied in my other post, I am somewhat skeptical regarding the situation and the intent.
That does not answer the question leading me to believe you have no clue about their holdings and potential profit from unexcersized options.
Try using a spell checker and maybe I'll take you seriously. Understand, I (and likely everybody else here) really do not care what you do or do not believe - it's a matter of facts.
Can you tell us how many shares they own or have long term options to buy and sell at huge profit if the share price increases over the next two years?
is it any different than at this time last year when they were purchasing? not really.
