I'm starting to learn about Manitowoc, and I want to know what's going on. I see that Manitowoc has had extraordinarily good increases in earnings the last few years, they have quite high ROE, but the PE is under 5. Why? Something bad must be happening.
Never hold any stock that falls more than 10% no matter what, as it's often not the fault of the stock, like now. Always sell, and rebuy later if it still deserves it. Don't be shy of holding all cash in times like this; all the more to use for great buys later.
