Explain how RIG is liable, no way!!! Court will slap on wrist...then
hammer the oil company. So you're telling me if I go to Hertz and rent a Ford Taurus then the engine catches on fire, that Ford is liable...BS! Hertz is because they have to maintain it.
I'm a simple man and this is a simple problem. An oil company leased a piece of equipment and didn't maintain it. If there was a document to maintain it then RIG might be in trouble but interestingly enough, no one can put it on RIG.
RIG walks with a small fine and this stock jumps to $75 or $90.
Jnbarbieri .. you are stupid. Do your homework yourself.
First of all, Brazil is over-reacting with only a few barrels of oil spilled. That's a fact.
Secondly, another fact, you stupid short, is that it is on official record that Chevron admitted that all fault is theirs (not RIG). Yet, Brazil corrupt politicians want to take advantage of the situation by Grandstanding.
Longs aren't worried. Brazil is a third world country; they have no power and they will lose. They are blowing smoke. Oil spills are a fact of life in this business; stock only temporarily affected. This stock goes to $70 with no problem. For you shorts out there, too bad.
