I believe that all the co's mentioned in the Innulux sale are looking for a piece of the action. Citigroup,Merrill, Oppenheimer, Craig Hallum, Credit Suisse etc. There will be plenty to go around AND they will get it cheap. I think the deals are inked and ready to be signed.
Think about it. Good for them ---Good for Himx. Win / Win
That will come out on the days that the shares are repurchased by these institutions. If Himx is smart and I think they are. These co's are trying to get in under $7.
I look at what I think they are doing.
They have a product that is sensational, in demand , has several upper tier monster contracts, protected by patents.
They do one-on -one power point with large institutions.
Oppenheimer is blown away. Call it a " Household Name " in the near future. Give it an "overweight" rating. Not buy or strong buy. Why? Keep the price down until they , and others--Merrill , Citi etc. are all on board. These co's #$%$ up Innulux shares at bargain prices.
Next step--unknown--that's where we are at now.
I think they will slowly announce the new investors on board.
Maybe announce new dividends.
Imagine where this will go when you have all these brokers from these major investment firms pushing this co. with their brokers.
