You should know better than to divide the world by gender in the case of stock traders/investors.
This is almost like the math question by gender. There MAY be some slight indication one way or the other............but there are many of both genders who are good at math and terrible at math.............even after you remove the societal bias.
There was a scientific study (society bias included sinc this was on real people) which showed that women were more finanically conservative than men. Men focused more on what was to be gained from winning while women focused more on the odds and then what could be lost. So, the women actually were better analysts due to this.............but the men who were aggressive AND CORRECT, were the winners in the race to management.
But, I would not blindly follow either a man or a woman.................without checking their history and using actual peformance and methods.
That is a well established study, probably not as well known.
The theory goes that men tend to be more LOGICAL, but
in order to be successful in stock trading, one has to be
not only logical but also with a strong direct sense of
what is really going on, in other words, the 6th sense,
which women are usually much stronger in that regard.
