"Matt you say sell AHR"Let me review my reason for holding."I am almost 50 years older than you. My holdings have been for dividends.Review chart'http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=AHR&d=c&k=c1&c=bac&a=v&p=s&t=5y&l=on&z=m&q=lSir, did you review the 3 month, 6 month, 1 yr, and max chart, all beat AHR. The 5 year chart above represented a buying opportunity, AHR had lost over 50% of its stock price at its start.http://table.finance.yahoo.com/d?a=4&b=15&c=1998&d=7&e=16&f=2003&g=v&s=bacThis chart shows a consistent dividend increase. Although its only 4%, its not higher because the stock price is driving it down.http://table.finance.yahoo.com/v?a=4&b=15&c=1998&d=7&e=16&f=2003&g=v&s=AHR No arguments, its a good trendhttp://table.finance.yahoo.com/m?a=8&b=15&c=1998&d=7&e=16&f=2003&g=m&s=AHRAgain, your showing me a chart after a 60% decline, Sure if I could buy this now for less than $6, life would be great. Its hard to compare the two, they are really not in the same sector. A better comparison would have been RAS. If you are looking strictly dividend than I would hold.
