Will TFS Financial be added to the S&P 500 someday? I think it's time to throw out JC Penny and a few other dogs that are dragging down the S&P 500 and add some stocks that have a good 3-5 year outlook.
TFSL just passed JDS Uniphase in market cap so there is now a serious argument for TFSL being added to the average and if that happens every S&P500 index fund and ETF will HAVE to own TFSL, PLUS there are many S&P 500 subsector funds in financial products that would be buyers of TFSL. This is all good as TFSL will be more likely to be followed by analysts and will get a lift being included in the average form all of the mandatory purchases by the index funds and ETFs.
