I expect that the pricing on the shares would be in the .42-.45 range. Typically the share price in the market falls 20-25% below the offering price so a bottom in the .30-.32 range would be expected.
You may want to sell a few shares on Monday or wait to buy additional shares.
Your finally back bashing and trashing. I really hope you put your money with your mouth is and heavily Short GNBT. You seem to get quiet during the day when GNBT is up. Keep Shorting Heavy, bashing and trashing. We Love You.
What I find as so interesting with this post is the number of 4 or 5 star recommendations it received. Clearly, there are at least 10 morons that don't have a clue regarding actual due diligence, or they are so stupid they can't read an SEC filing. Makes me wonder about the intelligence of the bashers that attack stocks like GNBT like a pack of stupid wolves. High school dropouts @ $6.25/hr? Or, and this is even more scary, actual "professionals" that don't really have a clue, but may at some point be advising YOU to buy or sell stocks. Yikes!
They filed the offering just in case....they won't use it, you'll see. It would be great to use it if the price went to $1.50 or higher, but not at these prices since delisting is right around the corner and then no one will want to invest in the company. No one would buy shares at any price right now knowing that de-listing is close. The company needs to come out with news that will propel the stock price over $1...otherwise there is no short term hope.
"I would expect a sell of shares and then a reverse split. Check out ASTM's recent situation. Share price went from .36 to as low as .205 on the sale of shares and shareholders are still waiting for the formal reverse split announcement. Bottom there should be in the .18 range - almost a 50% drop. Ecpect a similar occurence here."
Just a thought!!!
p.s. Remeber the good old days when this traded at .20!!!
