Before you get too excited. This is not a signed contract. Also, it is $3B (potentially) over 4 years. This translates to about 4% of annual revenues (of $22B annually).It would be a nice win, but the stock moved a little too much on the potential signing IMHO.
That's very good for ONE contract.Remember that FLR is way undervalued. p/s is .32, p/e is 10.8 all way under industrial average.
