They can spin it all they want. May be a disappointment if it were trading at $30 but great for $21 stock. $1.84 x 15 P/E = $27.6. One could argue that they they should trade at a 20 p/e given growth.
Also that (5.1) loss will drop off and be replaced with 117 mill gain. It should help the stated P/E nicely.
