An Open Post To Paul Ricci...

How does it feel, Paul, to have guided your company...err, I'm sorry, your shareholders company, to a closing stock price which hasn't been seen since September 23, 2011.

Since early February, 2013 with you at the helm, NUAN's relative strength has fallen from 49 to 7.

The stock's up vs down volume is at a MINUS 5. No one is investing in NUAN and probably won't for the next 10 months.

NUAN's market cap has fallen from 7.9 billion to 5.8 billion...and falling.

I was raised in a family atmosphere where, when you make a mistake, you own up to it and you make it right. With your profligate spending and M/A activity you have damaged the portfolios of many small retail investors. It seems like you and the BOD could dive into a barrel of $100 bills and come up with a handful of shi*. At least, this is what you have handed these investors. The institutional investors have given up NUAN for dead. At current levels, I don't believe that too many retail investors would argue to the contrary.

It is indeed a pity that most of your small, retail investors will never be able to have a verbal conversation with you. I'm sure that they all would love to tell you what they think of your $20 million dollar salary.

I would also very much like to have a conversation to tell you what I think of the abysmal way you have grounded NUAN on the reef, with little prospect of the stock righting itself, until the next tidal wave overcomes her. Perhaps sinking the stock would be a peaceful way to end the continual mockery you've made of the company.

There are a few choice things I'd like to say to your face, but being a Christian woman, I can't say them...
