I think the real question is what does CI want NUAN to do going forward. With the stock price as low as it is, I expect Carl will have little trouble finding support for a privatization, a sale, or a break-up of the company. Although the recent price drop has hurt longs, it is actually strengthening Icahn's position and ability to pressure the board and Ricci to go along with his vision for the company. Earnings projections were not aggressive, so expectations should be low. The real news will be what CI says when the earnings are announced.
