Has anyone enough knowledge of the AVP by-laws to answer this? Under what conditions can shareholders demand a vote for ouster of Board members. There is no one on this Board that has done ANYTHING in the interest of the shareholders in the last 3+ years. This really should not wait...Jung is collecting $11 million, Hasan is covering his butt, nobody is doing ANYTHING for fear that they will be found to be involved in the criminal activities. They are spending shareholder money for the legal fees and internal investigations. This inaction is borderline criminal, if not in fact criminal. THEY DON'T WANT TO PAY FOR THEIR OWN LEGAL DEFENSES (LAWYERS). They're approaching $300 million. This is SERIOUS money. Ninety-nine percent of shareholders (15 year period) are in a capital LOSS position. The BOD remains? I really don't want to wait until the annual meeting where Jung just walks away with MORE money. What ever happened to the Grand Jury?
