You're right. I guess I sold this stock out of anger at what managment had done to the shareholders. I didn't analyze what they left behind. However, it does appear that they took the good and left the junk. I suppose if they ever get the California stuff back on line and upgraded so that it is not geared towards asphalt, this stock might be worth something. However, that could be a long, expensive process. I also don't like the fact that now the shareholders are footing the bill for the management of the spin off. I wonder if I'm the only one who thinks there is something wrong with this picture?
