You have to remember, the likely sellers are the subscribers to the recent issue, and their cost is 6.00. They can make easy money shorting their shares against the box for any amount over 6.00. They may not even have to pay tax on the gain, because they can carry the excess above 6 as the cost basis of their warrants. You'd think they'd hold out for more, but some of these guys appear to be so eager to flip that they are cutting each others' throats to take the low bids. It doesn't really hurt us as long as we are willing to hold until the carnage is over. JMHO and I am staying long.
