    Zevalin

DavidSage -- good to see your posts again
KBroker -- the entire board is praying for 40 so that you can take your money and run.

Zevalin -- I believe that Zevalin will do very well given time. Doctors are slow to jump into new technologies and Zevalin, I'm sure, looks a bit scary to them. Once they use it and get positive results for their patients, it will be reach its potential. I had an echocardiogram a couple of days ago. The technician was telling me that the colors on the screen tell her if the blood is flowing in the right direction or if there is leakage at the valves. I told her that the previous echo I had some years ago did not have the colors. She told me that when these new machines first came out, the technicians after being trained on the machines were so excited about what the new technology added, but when they began to give the doctors the reports, the doctors told them to turn off the colors -- they didn't want them. The technicians said, if you don't want the colors then just don't look at those pages, but we are including the colors in our reports. Of course, the doctors eventually got over their fear of the new technology and use it to its full advantage, but this is an example of technology fear. If you buy a cell phone for the first time, you have to learn how to program it, if you buy a new computer with new software on it, there is a learning curve that you would just as soon not have to deal with. Zevalin is new and different and beyond the understanding of most doctors so they are initially reluctant to use it; it is going to take seeing positive results on patients before they really jump on the bandwagon. • On MLK weekend, I said buy when the bombs
fall in Iraq. Corchess said buy now.

      Week 11:
      Corchess open 35.36, close 36.95 +4.50%
      Netcom open 35.36, out at 36.50 +4.50%

      11 Week Grand Totals:
      Corchess in at 35, close 36.95 +5.57%
Netcom in at 33.5, out at 36.50 +8.95%

      I said I'd sell at 36.50.
So hypothetically, I made 8.95% in 2 weeks
      in a bear market.

I didn't get in at the bottom, nor out at the
top. I just made the money 'I' wanted to make.

    • Crochess,

I still believe on what Netcomhawk said. What I don't believe about you is continually hyping this stock. THis stock is going to come down one day just like what KBROKER said. So keep your money at IDEC and nobody cares.

    • corrchess

You have IDPH as 10% of your portfolio?
      You are a brave man.

Remember, the COO/CFO is clearing out his
position in IDPH at a max rate of 125k shares
      per quarter. Read the 8-k.

      He got 36.50 in January.

    • I am not a trader, and you clearly don't understand much about IDPH or investing. This is why I usually have you on ignore, and back there you go. For the record, I don't pump. I have posted all my stock buys for 2003 on the IBIS board. You can check it out.

I don't use stop losses; I don't have a fixed sell point. I sell according to asset allocation decisions. At present, I am comfortable having IDPH as 10% of my total portfolio, and unlikely to adjust that today.

Over the last two months, I have had 8 out of town trips related to business. Sometimes someone's silence is a reflection of a real life.

    • Let me get this straight...
In January, you were pumping, but not buying.
Over the last few weeks, you weren't pumping
      as much, so you bought.
I like how you put it as "the real game".
      Because that's all it is.

      What's your Stop Loss?
What's your Selling Point to trade?

Did it ever occur to you that
      perhaps you bought some of
David Sage's shares that he sold?

      The Trend is your friend.

      GOT DIVIDEND?

    • You have succeeded in finally pissing me off. I bet you never bought a share. No one gives a damn about your hypothetical portfolio if you are not in the real game. While you were running your mouth, I was increasing my position by 40% at an average entry price of around 30.5 on the latest pullback. So this week, while the market is giving back the full "buy when bombs fall" stupidity, I will be looking for more companies that are undervalued relative to likely future prospects.

      Hypotheticals aren't worth squat.

Friday we were repulsed as we attempted
to take "Baghdad". Recent action allows us
to bring our rear guard up to 32.44 - 90%
      of Friday's high.
