I guess you could look at that way, but if they secure these long term contracts (they already have a 24 month contract for providing cement), I'm worried they could really squeeze DFSH out.

You know the sugar contract is not final final yet, so that gives me some concern as well.

I hear you about the oil.

    • The sugar contract is final it was in the last news release.

How come you say it's not final?

      • From what I understand they don't have the FINAL stamp yet (i'm sorry, but I don't know exactly what that is).

That is why the share price is so low. Do you think if $5 million profit was locked up the share price would be at these levels?

If you notice the very first press release stated that they are "finalizing" contract and the last release used phrases such as "successful negotiations" and "anticipated".

I am a little surprised the Col. released the contract news when he did, but I guess he was trying to get the share price to move (which as we all know didn't work). And he did state in both press releases that "We are pleased that the Ministry of Trade has entrusted this contract to Defense Solutions" - so he must be extremely confident.

Also, the first shipment is expected to be made within 35 days now, so the clock is ticking for this to be set in stone.

    • Iraq won't deal with only one company IMO
