    All depends on the volume. The calculation is based on VWAP. Right now based on the last 9 days (including today) the average price to Seaside (before their discount) would be 24 cents. If the price jumped 20 cents tomorrow on say 1 million shares, the Seaside price would increase to 32 cents (before discount).

    Of course a volume and price spike like that depends on NEWS!
