So they have beelions of dollars worth of empty warehouses
and the plan is to fill them with a bunch of new tenants and then they "sell" them to themselves in some funds they control.
Is there a lot of demnd for warehouses when the economy slows? Apparently they admit the US is slowing...so the big money will be made in europe? Well they will have to change that story when it becomes apparent that europe is slowing...and japan is slowing....and china is slowing.
You got to love this business model when values are high and you control both sides of the transaction selling warehouses. How does it work when warehouse demand evaporates, you are left with huge spending required to finish the spec starts, and no place to sell those empty warehouses because they dont meet the requirements of your stoogie buyers, given they are empty?
