This stock is too cheap with a market cap of just over 2 billion it is a easy takeover target.
I think Obama will back to power as there are no real Republican contenders.
Remember it is 36 post split which is $72 too cheap to pass by.
Happy thanks giving.
I am sorry if my comments have driven into wrong direction(towards political parties). In my view all these politicians are tied to some big financial barrons-
My view was that Obama is more inclined to use technoogy in the medical industry because of the feedback he gets from the hi-tech companies(bay area companies).
Irrespective of any gov this stock will be gobelled by a big fish like Siemens or will go up to make new highs atleast during 2012.
My original question was, How does a political outcome determine this companies future. I personally do not feel that this is a Democrat vs Republican thing. Medical electronic records are the future, large clinics and hospitals and all medical providers will continue to go this direction. I am a medical provider and it will not make a difference who is in office as to what this company does or more important what its customer do.
What I do know is that Obama is not a good leader in that he fails to change the game plan when he is wrong, he fails to realize that he cant govern when he fails to see the others side viewpoint. I too hope for good leadership and I feel that Newt Gingerich may be our best bet. This stock is falling due to macro events such as the inability of Washington to come to decisions and the fear of the events in Europe. However this is the kind of company that should be immune to these events.
I think that a larger company make buy them out to get a bigger exposure in this area.
Obama will be back to power as there is no charismatic leader in republican party.
His government is committed to computerize the medical records through out USA. They are well executed company. Now a days you have to give very good guidance to move the company stock price up.
It will go up slowly but surely. Downside is very limited
BTW- they even pay dividend.
