Trading now at $23.00 a share MOL, this "maven" who has his own prejudice imho towards NLY rates this stock as a SELL. Now dear readers, the dillluted BV is well north of $24.70 per share, the P/E is lower than my testosteran number and the dividend is paid out with what I thought were good earnings!! Why do people make financial judgements based upon data that is so flawed??? Anyway, thanks for letting me get this off my chest. The EOY special dividend coupled with a current splendid yield in a oversold stock makes this STRONG BUY. Mr. Cramer has a nice burlesque show on TV but so many of his "hot picks" are often so wrong I wonder if one could make a living shorting the stocks he may be pumping???
Cramer speaks to the beginning investor and, as such, his recommendations are always biased to the safe side. That's why he's always recommended Annaly when virtually all the other Mreits paid better. How many stocks do you own that you'd recommend to your grandma? For me it's not many and I believe that's how Cramer's recommendations work.
No Sir, it just indicates that the stock is trading at a discount to Book Value which indicates an "over sold" security. When retail investors panic when Cramer speaks it sometimes signals a "BUY" signal. Too many people put too much confidence in "The Street" instead of performing their own D.D. Cramer ranks it a SELL, that is his position. Back in November of 2012 I made a nice piece of change buying EFC when Cramer and others were talking down this stock. My point is that you have to do your own home work. Good luck with your investments.
Cramer is a CLOWN who CNBC has promoted as another wall street wizard. His nightly rampage has turned into a kiddie show with all the props he uses. PURE LOUD MOUTHED EXHIBITIONIST!
I am dating myself here but there was a burlesque comic named Pinky Lee who like many from that form of show biz ironically became "kid show" hosts. Anyway, Pinky had all those props where he used a lot of the sounds and props Cramer uses. I like Mr. Cramer personally and to be fair, he writes some really good books; I just disagree with his picks in many cases. Let's be frank, I watch his show and so do my grand kids (the oldest is six), they like the sounds and his other schtick which should tell you that one should not take this show too seriously, too fast paced imho.
