Step 2 - Wait for the price to drop back down or sell some to help it fall.
Step 3 - If the price falls back to its starting point without you having to sell all of the shares you bought, repeat step 1. If you can't get the price to drop down by selling most of the shares you bought, proceed to step 4.
Step 4 - Manipulate the stock price by either buying or selling/shorting in order to find new sellers. Sometimes you can find new sellers by dropping the price to scare longs. If you can, then great... do it!
Step 5 - Return to step 1.
Accumulators expect the price to rise in the long run, but in the short term they send it in whichever direction gets them the most shares.
