You think the DEA Scheduling is a Binary Event.
You must be one of the totally ignorant Shorts who think it is also a Binary event. HF and MM have been selling this as a Binary event for months sucking in dopes like you.
This is not like the FDA Approval, now that was a Binary Event..DEA schedule is a certainty, the only uncertainty is when (soon) and whether it is Schedule IV, V or Unscheduled.
I sure hope your short position is not based on this Non-"Binary" event. -

Other than that we can only go on historical "Norms"
4-6 months, but could be longer. Don't know When.
It is NOT a Binary Event with a Yes or No answer, It WILL be scheduled.

It only has two outcomes (Bi meaning Two)
Yes or No
Approved or Not Approved
Win or Lose.

Hey pinter.george, I'm gonna buy a whole ton of shares and calls then. The more you say don't buy the more I'll buy thank you. And please if your short buddies can knock the price down 50 cents you'll make it that much cheaper for me and give me more time to get more funds together so I can buy even more. I buy every day now.
