I don't think it was a hit article, he's just pointing out who is holding what. And people need to quit thinking that because hedge funds do this or that it matters for much - guess what? most hedge funds don't beat the market. Guess what? Most long-side fund managers are smarter than guys who run hedge funds. And have a LOT more money. Who is more likely to take the right side of this trade? Some hedge fund guy (especially one that AF), or the fund managers at Fidelity and Vanguard (who probably don't really care who AF is and won't return his calls)?
