I have seen this doom and gloom act before...no big deal!
You know that the bear raid orchestrated over the past few days was nothing new. Over the past seven years I have seen hundreds of them and interestingly, on the very day, ole Fraudstein usually writes the same tired old misrepresentations of fact and down we go. This was happening when I bought most of my shares at $1.85 and continues until this day. I would give anything to know who this hack (Fraudstein) works for.
It wasn't a bear raid, it was a sell-off based on disappointing news from the CHMP meeting. The PPS returned to exactly where it was prior to the run-up that happened in anticipation the CHMP would approve Belviq. That didn't happen, hence the negative reaction. Bear raids are not caused by actual events.
It certainly was a bear raid, I have seen it happen so many times before that I recognize the pattern. If you Fraudstein publish his misrepresentations of fact, the hedge funds are most certainly at work. In fact, there is still a large number of shares shorted and you can be sure that the guys who hold them are increasingly nervous.
