Get a grip guy, they did an entire clinical study of known type II diabetics and submitted that data to the FDA, along with the FDA giving them pre-study guidance guidelines .......the study results were very clinically significant to indicate a treatment for type II diabetes, in conjunction with with other treatments. Study HbA1c results you will find the answer you missed. To my knowledge, the FDA did not exclude any of the methods of disease treatments submitted with the NDA......meaning they became valid with approval.
