Prior to final scheduling the DEA investigation includes the inspection and testing of the company's physical security systems, verification of the company's compliance with state and local laws, and a review of the company's background and history. That sounds like a site visit. If so, I'm sure the DEA commented about when scheduling will occur. That may have precipitated ARNA's decision announce (and move up?) the conference call date so they can give some positive news about scripts (assuming a waiver) to counter all the bashing and VVUS comparisons. If so I speculate that scheduling should occur very soon. Its now 38 days since the comment period closed.
