Their product is a disaster as anticipated sales have fallen embarrassing short of expectations. They had huge expenses ($50.3 Million) vs. revenue ($2 Million), and are locked into marketing contracts for millions of dollars. I personally believe this was a pump and dump scenario from the beginning using the media and press to hype the HF's investments. This product was a concoction of two generic drugs, one of which is banned in Europe. They have no partner, are saddled with REMS labeling, cannot advertise or promote, and distribution is relegated to secondary channels. The EU has rejected their product twice. Doctors are reluctant to Rx the product because of its safety issues - potential new born deformities. Once you reduce the price, it is impossible to raise it again. If you thought your revenues were a disappointment now - just wait to see what the lowering of the price will do to them. JMO
