This is the date that would signify the end of the 30 day response period for which Eisai applied for and was not obviously granted. Those shorting today along with put options, I'm sure will cover there positions vs waiting till options expiration the 3rd Friday in April. For those serious longs, this is probably the last chance to get in before pps settles in low teens.
This is your big moment, gbieniasz...I give NO stock (no pun) in predictions about DEA, FDA, pps movement but this is your chance to show me how wrong I am. BOL! Hope you're better connected than Krystal (wno swore that yesterday would be the day).
Another missed deadline by the DEA? Wile I hope you are correct in your prediction, I see nothing special that would make the DEA actually do something, instead of missing yet another deadline. I'm getting too cynical about our government - they are too big and too ineffective.
That's just a silly post as it shows no understanding whatsoever of neither the source of the 30-day lag period, nor its purpose, nor the circumstances under which it may be waived.
No no no no. No. Nonono no. Someone else already posted earlier today that it will posted on the 4th. So, you don't know what you are talking about. And they had a "source" too. You on the other hand just have flawed reasoning. I'm more likely to take the guy earlier, who I lambasted, as a more credible source of.. um.. information.
Complete BS that displays a profound ignorance of the DEA process and what Eisai actually requested a waiver of. A classic YMB rumor/incorrect factoid that should be ignored completely. The facts are that there is NO specified timeline for the DEA to respond to the FR comments, and that one of those responses is the decision on whether to grant Eisai's request for the waiver of the final 30-day post-decision period before the ruling is legally in place.
