no doubt. This isn't the only stock which has good, almost irrefutable good news coming under attack from a hedge fund or NSS.
This buying opportunity may be lost on some, but if it hit my irresistable price, share are going to disappear very quickly, almost as quickly as this baseless, unwinnable lawsuit.
