There was no "new law in Dec.". bones & co just have a muddled memory of jonjonson's absurd FDASIA pumps.

So, who duped jonjonson into believing that FDASIA meant that it was no longer necessary to provide credible evidence of efficacy for FDA approval? Was he mislead by HEB's press releases?
