I didn't plan on posting for a while. Yet I did want to address your question. I appreciate your opinions, and personally respect you as a fellow shareholder and NY Yanks fan!
This message board is inundated with garbage posts, and outright lies by a few that play games on a stock message board to achieve attention, and wild assumptions by others.
The exception, are the individuals(investors)yourself, I, and others, that express opinions and wish to discuss issues regarding our investment.
Unfortunately, others are merely posting misleading opinions and unsubstantiated assumptions, meaningless child play jargon and redundant misinformation.(t, you're not in that category, but close!), yet you are redundant.
Yankee, when it comes to dilution I agree with you. My take is where would this company be without it?
To this point they have issued 350mn of the 500m authorized. Adding 250m authorized shares doesn't necessarily mean they intend to issue them.
Looking at the sales figure forecast for Q3 and the marketing advances as well, it seems like they're using them somewhat wisely. I can't question that. It's a very aggressive business plan. It's the basis for my investment.
Could you or I as a business owner take the same risk? No way!!
Would we, if capable of obtaining funds from investment capital do the same if it meant business success? Heck yes! In no way am I implying it's right to gamble with shareholders money. Yet that's the basis for my investment. I see some major potential with this investment.
