I don't quite understand your story or the validity thereof.
Did you have an attorney, investment advisor, or business agent representing you and your friend when you allegedly signed and agreed to the "(this and that)" documents for $400,000?
I also question the initial 30% ownership. You must have understood that investing $400,000 with the probability, if not a certainty there would be a public offering to raise additional capital which would obviously reduce your ownership percentage drastically for this company to achieve what they have to date. For us shareholders it's called dilution.
I hope you, and everyone else that have lost money to date can recoup their losses. Myself included. Holding 4mm shares until .10 is a good possibility for you and your friend in due time to break even, if not better.
