And yes this is not a Managers position at McDonalds. McDonalds managers are expected to turn a profit for their store, and if they are not, they are fired. not given controlling interest of the company.
Little Sally with the lemonade stand can call herself a CEO. She could literally bring in $1 a year profit and out preform these guys the last 4 years. Lets give little Sally a quarter million a year and millions of our stock.
I dont think people realize just how close this place came to collapse due to their recklessness. This company has literally sold more stock that products.
Dont get lost in percentages. If I say I am going to poke you in both your eyes, but only poke you in one eye, do you cheer because I have poked you in %50 less eyes? YOUR STILL GETTING POKED IN THE EYE!
This company has diluted our investments to nothing in the past 4 months.
If they hit that 2 mill earnings they projected two weeks ago for Q1, that is only $0.00138 a share for Q1.
There is nothing about them spending nearly a hundred million dollars, to after 4 years, make two million, that tells me they deserve to pay themselves that two million and much much more in stock and cash. The stock alone they gifted themselves this past quarter alone was over $6 million.
You do realize that they have literally more than doubled the shares in existence to bonus themselves at your expense even while they were on the verge of collapse last year?
why should they have to spend a dime of their own money??? leverage is what businesses/rich people do to make money. They are using it and apparently are paying it off, nothing wrong with that as long as the bills are getting paid and they are increasing revenue the way they are.
Actually we wont see the agreements until the Q is filed is what I am thinking. Either way these executives deserve what they pay themselves as they have grown the company 500% per year, find me another otcbb company that has done 4 years in a row.
dont give yourself a woody.
he bought a few shares.. but look how many he just gives himself. And god knows where that other 800m shares went.

Those are sickening numbers to see as an investor in MP. The executive agreements coming out today will pretty much tell us wether or not Brad, Cory, and Jeremy are in this for the sole purpose of there own wealth and greed or grateful and loyal to us investors who kept the lights on.
