    Just my thoughts

    Hi Investor2088,

Thank you. I may be able to answer your questions in a few paragraphs, rather than writing my usual narratives.

As the prior bonuses were excessive, I believe it was a tool to avoid any potential takeover. With the market cap near the projected Q1 sales forecast, along with the anticipated growth trends, any company looking to enter this market sector would find the cost of this acquisition rather appealing. Pun intended, but similar to purchasing a “Lambo”, for the price of an SUV. MP was aware of this, so they implemented a plan (bonuses) to secure 51% ownership. With the recent company initiative to buy back shares, and executives also buying shares, this eliminates the risk of a takeover, yet still gives MP complete corporate control, while decreasing O/S.

The A/S, (Authorized Shares) are the major reason why other investors are hesitant to take a chance on this. Even though they have 1.45 B issued, the 2.5B A/S (authorized shares) is a red flag. Along with the financial burden of the prior toxic financing, reflects the current low stock price. However, I believe they will retire the unissued A/S, and along with the recent buybacks, increased sales, and eventual profits, will put this company in a much favorable perspective for potential investors.

I believe they will have sales well over 80m for the year, drastically reduce the outstanding shares, show significant profits, and achieve their goal to be one, if not the leader in the supplement industry. Just my observations as a shareholder
