    DROP.PK

Not sure how long you guys have been lurking/posting on this board, but a while ago there were a ton of spam bots pumping the crap out of DROP.PK (FUSE Sciences), makers of energel. I never really made a connection, but I was browsing MusclePharm's site yesterday and they will be releasing an energel product soon. Purely coincidence or does anyone know if this affiliation has been brewing for long?

Michael Vick Loses Endorsement Deal With Fuse Science to MusclePharm
Posted On Wednesday, July 27, 2011

Michael Vick’s endorsement deal with Fuse Science, Inc. lasted less than one month because of a similar contract with a competitor. Earlier this month, Vick signed a five-year agreement with the sports nutrition company to promote its line of sports nutrition products. But Double Eagle Holdings Ltd., which owns Fuse Science, terminated the deal after MusclePharm Corp. wrote a news release stating Vick agreed to a three-year pact with that outfit, and in doing so, MusclePharm became the exclusive sports nutrition company of Vick.

Fuse Science Inc., released a statement about Vick’s termination; “Subsequent to our entering into and announcing the exclusive agreement, we learned that on or about July 20, 2011, Mr. Vick entered into an endorsement agreement with another company engaged in the same product categories, notwithstanding the exclusivity provisions of our agreement. “This created an unacceptable conflict and, accordingly, on July 25, 2011, we terminated the agreement with Mr. Vick.”

Fuse Science disclosed in SEC filing on Tuesday that the company learned of Vick’s association with a competitive company on or about July 20. Vick, who led the Philadelphia Eagles to a 10-6 record and an NFC East title last season as his comeback continued, reported to the team’s facility on Tuesday, and will begin training camp later this week.

These type of incidents are not uncommon. Just last month A-Rod had a similar situation signing endorsement deals with competitors as well with Zico and Vita Coco.
