Hi Tony, it’s nice to hear from you. I won't pass judgment on the validity of the post I'll take him for his word. Most likely he didn't speak with someone in upper management, yet any information is appreciated at this point.
But the more important and pressing issues for us shareholders are up listing, and the potential of a reverse split.
Below are links for financial requirements to up list on the NYSE, NASDAQ, and AMEX.
I personally don’t see where MP qualifies for these exchanges at this time, unless there are loopholes. Maybe the AMEX, but that’s a glorified OTCBB exchange. I just can’t see the logic for a r/s and an up listing that will help at all at this price level. In time it will be a good strategic move, but not now.
In any event, I don’t see any positives for a reverse split at this point in time. We’ll still be on a lousy exchange, and the stock price will plunge without tremendous financials. If we do have tremendous financials starting with Q2, the stock price will advance on its own merits on the OTCBB. If there is no interest in the potential of this company at a penny now, what investor would be interested at $2, $3, or $4 per share with the lack of sustained positive financials, lack of investor information, and lack of corporate transparency no matter what the outstanding or authorized shares are! I hope the MP corporate governance is much more intelligent to see and understand this. Anything less is a dagger to the heart of us loyal shareholders and themselves. I’m no expert whatsoever. I’m still positive. Just my opinions!
Another point worth mentioning is that the outstanding shares are a potential strategy to prevent an acquisition. Its hard to truly determine the issues because of the lack of communication. High quality products and continued sales revenue increases are a great sign for any organization. I hope the stars align for them soon and they figure out how to be profitable. We will all be in good shape when that happens. Stay Strong!!!
I don't post on this board for Bs. I post on here to have a decent conversation and learn more about the company. It absolutely was not someone in upper management. If you don't believe me call for yourself, (310) 279-5980.
