Reducing shareholder debt is key-they might spin a profit this quarter after all this 8-k. Another interesting thing to note is that they are suspending the share buyback program about 74 million shares short of its goal. No real reason to do this....I guess something might be up their sleeves?

I agree. I sincerely think this company is actually trying now to make a profit and begin selling stock on a large exchange. Their products are rock solid, so at least they have something to rely on.

My only question is where in world are people getting the idea that Under Armour wants to buyout MSLP? I am completely baffled to still see this pop up on these boards.
