After the reverse-split the company will have a grand total of 2.94million shares. They're adding 100,000,000, an increase of 34X. That would be the equivalent of a small cap company like DRYS issuing 14 BILLION new shares.
The 100,000,000 shares the company is issuing post-split would actually be the equivalent of 85 billion new shares pre-split.
The market cap of the company is going to increase from $9.6million to roughly $560 million with the increase to 100,000,000 shares post-split. If you think there was a possibility of a company purchasing it with a market cap of $9.6million, there is absolutely ZERO chance of that happening at $560million. In other words, the value of the company increase exponentially in value on paper but the financials remain the same, essentially making the company 58 times LESS attractive to a buyer.
