    new mslp product, Fitmiss

Anyone buy this stock recently? I did b/c of Dr. Frost. The link to FitMiss is great. The facebook page is great. MSLP performing great again today in a down market. It's just a stock, a company, but I like it.

    • I read about it on Minyanville and got some at 4.85 and some at 5. I am happy with it to say the very least. I'm sorry the early shareholders got screwed but that's not going to stop me from buying it.

    • I bought this stock last yr before the r/s. Owned 2000 shares then split to common now i own 2 shares. Lot of people lost alot of money and were screwed from the mismanagement of this company. Instead of promoting brand awareness they decided to build a mulit-million $ gym for mms training. You Tube it...Tour of muscle pharm sports science center and develop your own opinion. I have used their products and think there great, but the way this co. is run is like a kid in a candy store with unlimited investor money.

so u are saying they have not promoted brand awareness? maybe u should sell ur shares. we need smart investors here. and yes i owned before r/s as well, i just did the smart thing and averaged down. and seeing as u own so little it would have been much easier for u.

        Sentiment: Strong Buy

      • From the Forbes Article

The current secondary offering by MusclePharm took some courage for Mr. Pyatt to stomach. It will ultimately increase outstanding common shares from just less than three million to likely six million fully-diluted shares outstanding. They are effectively trying to sell fifty percent of the company for approximately $12 million.

Mr. Pyatt’s pro rata share of the company ownership will be reduced by half. It is a sagacious manager who can realize that it is better to own a smaller piece of something potentially very large versus a bigger part of a capital constrained smaller entity.
