Top but then they gave one 6th of the co. to the very same people whose salaries were reduced. I know the shares are not going to be distributed until 2015 but........Is this the smartest thing to do when the co. is so early in the growth of the co. and will they do this again? Is this just another way of overpaying the very same people that were overpaid to begin with? They were getting, I think 12% of the sales and I believe they're now getting 6% of sales. They made the right move by reducing the amt. paid to these people but then turned around and pulled this sheet.
