When a potentially bad PR comes out, the rats come out of the sewers and start to stir up the pot. Amazing how that works.
The 8K was very vague, and it does happen quite a bit. The SEC can request old documents from any company at any time, that's just what they do. MSLP put themselves under the scope with the NASDAQ listing, and I am sure there are a lot of hurdles to clear to get everything finalized, they went from a toxic penny stock, to a tradable/viable company in a very short period of time.
The PPS will probably close north of 9, I would expect about a 7-10% drop once the dust settles today - smart money is scooping up these cheap shares that people are selling out of fear. Knee jerk reaction, and then business as usual from here on out.
