Takemeserious, what biotech company is Biozone involved to talk with, that frosty owns?

Trying to follow the falling pieces but what is the end game?

    • Check out a company called Cocrystal. The pieces will begin to fall into place shortly since MSLP is getting much of BZNE. BZNE it seems will then transition to a partnership with Cocrystal. Looks like a win-win scenario for all companies involved. Frost appears to be instrumental in bringing this package together. Anyone with more insight is invited to help here. Bashers please keep your opinions to yourselves. I'm not interested in hearing from you.

      • What I do know is Frost is a major playing in new drug delivery systems, especially with cancer and other high frequency ailments. Its these small biotechs that can come up with something and it can be a HUGE success with coupled with other large pharma technology. There are some smart scientists at many of the these companies, so Frost is dipping into each pot and hoping they stick.
If he can get all the minds together - there is no telling what they will come up with.

        Sentiment: Buy

      • Its been a few years since Cocrystal has been brought up - they got an initial investment from TEVA to help with its HCV drug delivery system, but I am not sure if they are still working on anything. Unfortunately with HCV the regimen is usually 6 months, so if there is any compliance issues, the studies can be set back. And then its more monitoring once the viral load is down to a low enough level.
So sorry I dont have more info, I didnt know BZNE was associated with Cocrystal techonlogy, but Frost is on the board... so who knows whats happening behind the scenes.

      • If they mismanage the BZNE assets like they mismanaged the MSLP assets, then expenses will SOAR.
How much of a haircut are you willing to take, 10%, 20%, or 50%??
